Context

Monaco-based online cruise agency. 10-year-old monolithic information system, team to build from scratch, no delivery processes in place.

Problem

Ageing system impossible to evolve. Slowdowns and recurring incidents, massive technical debt. No CI/CD, no tests, no structured team. Agency growth was blocked by the technology.

Intervention

Full-time CTO for 4 years. Migration of the monolithic IS to a Laravel architecture on AWS. Development of a proprietary CRM and CMS. Building and managing a team of 6 developers. CI/CD setup, coding standards and delivery processes. Launch of MyLuxuryTrain, a new brand dedicated to luxury trains.

NHN Menuiserie - Multi-site e-commerce platform on a shared foundation

Context

Joinery company with 3 distinct brands: Batimenuiz, PDV Volet and NHN Menuiserie. Zero digital channel, fully manual sales and quoting process.

Problem

Three brands with no e-commerce presence. Complex product configurator (price per m2, L×H grids). Required a full buying journey with Stripe, per-site PDF quotes, multi-rate VAT invoicing and an internal CRM, all on a shared foundation.

Intervention

CTO and architect across the full project. Design and development of a multi-site Laravel platform: centralised catalogue, per-m2 price configurator (Excel-importable L×H grids), full buying journey (Stripe), multi-rate VAT invoicing (5.5% / 10% / 20%), internal CRM, block-based CMS via Filament. Independent skin per site (logo, colours, fonts, A/B header).
