Star Croisières – IS Redesign & Cloud
Led the digital transformation of an online cruise agency. Complete overhaul of the monolithic information system to a microservices architecture on AWS, development of a custom CMS and CRM, integration of secure payments and implementation of effective IS governance. Result: accelerated growth, improved customer experience and highly available infrastructure.
MyLuxuryTrain – Product launch
Led development and launched MyLuxuryTrain, the new luxury train brand by Star Croisières. Built a standalone digital identity with custom CRM and CMS in Laravel. Delivered on a tight schedule and constrained budget. Within two years, the platform became the world's #1 reseller for the Venice Simplon Orient Express.
Majestic Events – E-commerce website
Rapid development of an e-commerce site for an event services SME looking to open a new digital acquisition channel. Designed a custom WordPress and WooCommerce theme with equipment rental features and went live in under two months on a tight budget.
CRM sur mesure - Star Croisières
Designed and built a proprietary CRM to centralise all customer interactions: phone call history, sent and received email tracking, booking management and integration with the internal CMS. Built with Laravel and deployed on AWS, the system enabled full traceability and improved customer relations.
The CRM was designed to support the agency's rapid growth, featuring a scalable architecture, an intuitive interface for advisors, and seamless integration with payment and cruise management tools.
