Vellassur: CRM & website for a Nice-based insurance broker
Supported the growth of a Nice-based insurance brokerage SME by designing and building a custom mini-CRM and a showcase website. Developed entirely with Laravel, the CRM tracks prospects, centralises client files, manages follow-ups and gives a clear picture of sales activity at a glance. The SEO-optimised showcase website rounds out the digital presence, built to convert visitors into leads. The complete solution was delivered in under one week.
NHN Menuiserie : Multi-site e-commerce platform
Designed and built as CTO a single-codebase multi-site Laravel platform: centralised product catalogue with per-site activation, pricing and promotions; server-side product configurator (price per m² + Excel-importable L×H grids); full buying journey (cart, per-site PDF quotes, Stripe payments - card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay); VAT-aware invoicing (5.5% / 10% / 20%); internal CRM. Three sites launched on the shared foundation: Batimenuiz, PDV Volet, and NHN Menuiserie (showroom/quote). Each site has its own skin (logo, colours, fonts), A/B header, and a block-based CMS (WYSIWYG text, images, icons, videos) fully managed via Filament.
Unik Kids : Project rescue & Tech Lead (lyannajweb)
Took over the project after the previous agency abandoned it. Maintained the PHP e-commerce platform, conducted a full audit and enforced clean code and performance best practices, then delivered new features. Carried out as a subcontractor for lyannajweb as Tech Lead. Direct impact: restored the platform to production after several months of downtime.
Star Croisières : IS Redesign & Cloud
Led the digital transformation of an online cruise agency. Complete overhaul of the monolithic information system to a microservices architecture on AWS, development of a custom CMS and CRM, integration of secure payments and implementation of effective IS governance. Result: accelerated growth, improved customer experience and highly available infrastructure.
MyLuxuryTrain : Product launch
Led development and launched MyLuxuryTrain, the new luxury train brand by Star Croisières. Built a standalone digital identity with custom CRM and CMS in Laravel. Delivered on a tight schedule and constrained budget. Within two years, the platform became the world's #1 reseller for the Venice Simplon Orient Express.
Majestic Events : E-commerce website
Rapid development of an e-commerce site for an event services SME looking to open a new digital acquisition channel. Designed a custom WordPress and WooCommerce theme with equipment rental features and went live in under two months on a tight budget.
Custom CRM : Star Croisières
Designed and built a proprietary CRM to centralise all customer interactions: phone call history, sent and received email tracking, booking management and integration with the internal CMS. Built with Laravel and deployed on AWS, the system enabled full traceability and improved customer relations.
The CRM was designed to support the agency's rapid growth, featuring a scalable architecture, an intuitive interface for advisors, and seamless integration with payment and cruise management tools.
