Privacy policy

Data controller

The data controller is JAB Consulting, a SAS represented by its president Yassir Jabbari. For any question, use the contact form or write to hello@yassirjabbari.eu.

Data collected

• Contact form: your name, email address and message. This information is sent to JAB Consulting's internal Discord channel so that I can reply. It is not stored in a contacts database.
• Contact form spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA is used. It loads a Google script on the pages concerned and sends Google the technical information needed for the check.
• Checklist unlock: your first name and email address. They are stored in the JAB Consulting contacts file and sent to the internal Discord channel to notify me of the request.
• Audience measurement: if you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and collects site usage data (pages viewed, origin, device).

Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your contact requests: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures.
• Sending you the requested checklist and following up about it: your consent, given by submitting the form.
• Protecting forms against automated submissions: legitimate interest.
• Measuring site audience: your consent, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.

Cookies and consent

Google Analytics 4 is only loaded after you agree. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time from the "Manage my cookie choices" link at the bottom of every page.

If you refuse, no audience measurement cookie is set.

Retention

Contact data is kept for at most 3 years after our last exchange. Audience measurement data is kept for the periods configured in the measurement tool.

Recipients and transfers

Data is intended for JAB Consulting. It may be processed by technical providers: the site host (IONOS SE), Google (reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics) and Discord, the internal messaging service used for notifications. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the General Data Protection Regulation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set directives on what happens to your data after your death.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
